Lead Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter, NestJS, and Next.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of technical architecture, mentor developers, and work closely with product and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS).
• Architect and develop backend services using NestJS (Node.js).
• Build high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Review code, ensure quality, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps teams.
• Drive technical decision-making and participate in system design discussions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
• Own delivery timelines and ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Flutter with real-world production apps.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS (REST APIs, Microservices, Auth, Middleware).
• Strong experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart.
• Strong understanding of API design, database modeling, and system architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
