About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end design and delivery of our core platform spanning Flutter (mobile), NestJS (backend), and AWS (cloud infrastructure). You’ll set the technical direction, lead engineering best practices, mentor a high-performing team, and ship high-quality, scalable products that delight users.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of software development; 3+ years leading teams or projects.
  • Strong expertise with:
    • Flutter/Dart (widgets, state management, navigation, animations, platform channels).
    • NestJS/TypeScript (modules, providers, interceptors, guards, Prisma/TypeORM, REST/GraphQL).
    • AWS (at least 4 of: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway/ALB, RDS/DynamoDB, S3/CloudFront, Cognito/IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL (DynamoDB/Redis); data modeling and performance tuning.
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/CodePipeline), testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter test/integration tests), code quality tools (ESLint/Prettier).
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven patterns (SNS/SQS/Kinesis), and API design.
  • Strong foundation in security, monitoring, logging, and cost optimization on AWS.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns, GraphQL (Apollo/Federation), or WebSockets/gRPC.
  • Mobile release management (App Store/Play Store, Fastlane, Firebase/Crashlytics).
  • Experience with Terraform/CDK, container orchestration (ECS/EKS), and service mesh/ingress.
  • Familiarity with analytics (Amplitude/GA4/Segment), feature flags, A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of clean architecture, DDD, and CQRS.
  • Prior experience in fintech/healthtech/marketplaces or other high-compliance domains.
