Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in selling IT services to the North American market (USA & Canada). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and nurturing qualified opportunities for technology services.
The candidate should possess a good understanding of modern IT service offerings including Application Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Digital Transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for IT services in the USA and Canada markets.
- Perform outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant service offerings across Application Development, QA/Testing, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, and related technology areas.
- Schedule discovery meetings and introductory calls between prospective clients and internal technical/leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and weekly sales activity reporting.
- Collaborate with onsite and delivery teams to prepare capability presentations, proposals, and solution decks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and opportunity creation targets.
- Stay updated with North American IT services market trends, customer buying behavior, and competitor landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in inside sales or business development for IT services, specifically targeting USA and Canada markets.
- Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, and converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cloud technologies, QA/testing, and enterprise software services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting and sales intelligence tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn-based prospecting and connecting with decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with offshore/onshore IT services sales teams.
- Exposure to enterprise B2B sales processes and consultative selling approaches.
- Ability to understand client pain points and align service offerings accordingly.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a stable career track record and demonstrated continuity in previous professional engagements.
